Curriculum Design
We work with content and pedagogy experts to design, develop, and assess cutting-edge curriculum materials across the disciplines and through the lens of sustainability. We assemble design teams of content experts and pedagogy experts, to work with the sustainability experts on our staff. Our content experts include businesspeople, economists, academicians, mathematicians, policy experts, architects, industrial designers, and urban planners (for a complete list of our content and pedagogy partners, please click here). All of our materials are rigorously reviewed for pedagogical excellence and content accuracy, timeliness, and integrity. Our materials emphasize experiential learning, systems thinking, place-based learning, partnerships, "upstream thinking", interdisciplinary connections, authentic learning opportunities, and the development of critical and creative thinking skills. They are student-centered, and assessed for all relevant standards. We develop materials that fall within the following main content areas:
