Our Circle of Friends is a diverse community of people seeking to empower our  to create healthy, sustainable communities. By joining our Circle of Friends, you join us in our mission to inspire young people to think about the world, their relationship to it, and their ability to influence it in an entirely new way.

We appreciate your interest in the Cloud Institute and ask you to support us in the following ways: make a monetary donation, introduce Cloud Institute to foundations or other funders, put us in contact with school boards and administrators interested in Education for Sustainability. 

Our most immediate funding needs are:

• $1,000 Scholarships for educators to attend four days of a Cloud professional development and training (such as the Advanced Summer Institute)

• $2,500 to develop online training and coaching capacity at the Cloud Institute 

• $5,000 to sponsor one classroom to receive EfS materials, 4 days of training and coaching for one teacher and 25 students (thousands of classrooms are in need) 

• $7,500 to develop an interactive social networking platform for educators to exchange best practices and integrated technology

• $15,000 for “Youth Leaders for Sustainability” workshop and mentoring program for high school students

• $45,000 to expand “Inventing the Future National“ high school curriculum to three pilot schools
